Complete home dismantle [CHD]

We ethically dismantle by reverse engineering your home layer by layer. We process materials on site and in a logical order. Our daily photographic documentation tells the story.

High end extraction [HEE]

We surgically remove your high end kitchen or high end amenities so they may be reused in your renovation or sold to help off-set the new build budget. Meeting the needs of your concierge or neighbours is
​what sets us apart.

Down to the studs [DTTS]

When your scope of work calls for this - we execute. We will even de-nail and process your materials on site and leave them in neat piles for the new build. ​It is all GOOD - WOOD. 

We pay close attention to the details and put everything in writing

Our process begins with an on premise walk-through supported by photographic documentation while detailing the scope of work. We then assemble the written quotation recapping the details discussed. The contract is then forwarded via PDF. Once both parties have signed off and a deposit has been received
​we are ready to execute.
